The following Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between Amelia Jayne Designs and our site’s users.  By engaging in our service, you are assumed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and are therefore bound by them.

Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any GST payable.  Payments can be made through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to checkout and pay with PayPal, as all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

 

Postage

We currently only ship within Australia. 

We charge a flat rate for postage*.  Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

*This is untracked.  If you would like your postage to be tracked please send us a message, and note that the price will be determined by the weight and packaging requirements of your order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care.

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds  

Please double check your order before finalising your cart, as once your order is confirmed we are unable to cancel it. 

Unfortunately returns for change of mind are not accepted. 

It is possible that actual products may vary slightly in colour to those shown on your monitor.  We do our best to display the products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee the identical match of these colours.  It is also possible that slight imperfections may exist in the items due to the handmade nature of the products.  Please contact us if you have any problems or concerns with your order, so we can help you as best we can.   

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or your order is incorrect in any way, please contact us (preferably within 48 hours of receipt) with your order details, so we can assist in resolving the matter promptly.

Amelia Jayne Designs reserves the right to amend product prices online at anytime.

In the rare case we are unable to fulfill your order for some reason we will contact you immediately and organise a replacement product or refund.
